KTTW tor cash?

my husband and i leave for WDW 2 weeks from today. on our drive home from the beach today we were discussing our trip and tipping came up. we are on the dxdp for this trip and the debate is whether to tip in cash or KTTW. i think it will be easier to track in cash, but he thinks we should do KTTW so we have the receipt. thoughts? what do you do?

i'm planning to either use my KTTW card and pay the bill w/my rewards card or use my rewards card directly...

we're also having dinner at a few of the dinner shows which has tip already included...

why?
they ultimately get the same amount, so it should not matter...

and actually i know for us, it's easier to spend more when it's not real money, so if i were tipping using my KTTW card, i tend to round up more than i do when i am leaving cash...

I use my KTTWC and I bring 20.00 with me each day. I really like having the list of everything I spent on the bill and I like the convenience of one card without having to worry about a lot of bills and in case something is lost or stolen I am not out much.

Back in April we were on the Palt Plan and we used our Dsiney Visa CC it was easier to keep track of and we got our Disney Rewards at the end. So I would use the KTTW the tracking is so much better in my opinion.
We are also going to do the same thing when we go this week . We our on the basic plan this time.

in general thats not true for most people. people are more likely to leave more if they arent writing it on the line and adding it. they are much less likely to bother asking for change, but will add the exact 20% to the line.
but thats not the reason.
there are very few restaurants anymore that give you your entire amount daily, now whatever you get as credit(credit cards, gift cards, kttw,etc) you get in your paycheck. the reasons they would prefer cash to a paycheck is obvious. not to mention if its not a buffet the server needs cash tips so they can tip out everyone at the end of the night. its very difficult as a server to say to your bartender, bus and expo..sorry i cant tip you tonight.

dont get me wrong, obviously servers appreciate any tip and would never be dissapointed with anything left. the OP asked what "I" would do and i would leave cash because i know how excited i get from a big cash tip
