Is this your room key or something else?
Can you use it like a hotel room key where you can charge things to your room using this "KTTW"?
Can you charge things at Castaway Cay using this "KTTW"?

Yes your KTTW card is your room key, your safe key and your charge card. Everything cruise related (including castaway cay) is charged to it. If you are doing a land/sea package it will also be your "key to the kingdom" card to get your park admission.

It is the size of a standard credit card and looks like this:
