Do you work your time around the track because of your husband's schedule so someone is home with the kids? If so, instead of trying to do that take the kids with you. Some extra exercise probably won't hurt them and them seeing you doing it is a great role model for them. Or have them take a toy with them that will keep them occupied while you workout. Of course I wouldn't recommend that every day because sometimes you need time on your own. But rather than waiting too late for him, this might be a good option for you. Or if you don't want to take them make a few trips up and down your stairs at home - I have done that, just to get the heart pumping and going.

I hear you on the cravings...sometimes something just gets in your head and takes hold. I tend to have the most cravings when I feel I'm restricting myself, like when I did the south beach last month. As soon as I started eating again, still watching portions but eating whole, healthy foods, the cravings went away. If Slim Fast is working for you, that's great. But it might be one of the things that is prompting those cravings.

Yes, you can do it, you just need to find a plan that works for YOU!
