I don't think you should be bothered by ethics on if you do or do not sell on e-bay. These are your designs and your time that is put into creating and making them.
Should you decide to sell on e-bay, I think you could definately make a decent income and you could always continue to post here as well if that helped in easing your mind. I don't think anyone who has asked for any of your designs would think twice about paying you for your time. I know I wouldn't.
Just know your decision is supported by us newbies too!

Just looked at the site and love the new designs. I think you should try the ebay thing and customize a select few designs. If you ever feel like doing it free from here maybe post them at the other site for us to see and then we can request from here and you can personalize and e-mail them directly to the person. However I really feel e-bay is the way to go. You don't have to charge outrages and you can start small. This is your art work and you have a complete right to sell it. Artist sell their works all the time.

Yes if I had some detail so I knew what I was filing the complaint about I would do this for you and the others on this board. It is one thing to sell your own designs and quite another to sell someone elses.

I would make a compliant if I knew more too. What you do is for the love of it and we all appreciate that. Especially someone with no artistic talent (me!)

Just wanted to let you know that IMHO your designs are very well done and professional looking. If you choose to start an ebay business, I am sure you'll be successful. I have had the pleasure of viewing your designs here and will be lucky enough to wear one of them in just a couple of weeks. I truly appreciate your talent and your hard work. I've enjoyed watching your posts these past few weeks and have often wondered if you realize how talented you are and if others realize how fortunate we are that you share your talent with us. You have been diligent in your work, asking for nothing but respect for your designs in return. Though we will never meet, I know that you are an honest, considerate, hard-working person with a ton of talent. No, you can't take that to the bank. But, on the other hand, you can't buy integrity either. And some people just haven't gotten that - and may never get it. Don't let those few get you down. Brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and get back out there. Do what your gut tells you is right for you. End of tough love lecture from a DISer who could be your mama.

I think it's horrible that someone is making money off of your hard work. If there is some way to complain I would be happy to do so. May I as if you reported this person to the moderators of the Dis Boards? At the very least this person should know that they have done something wrong on the boards - profiting off of someone elses very hard work!!!

As far as Ebay... have you filed a complaint against the person who is using your designs? I would be happy to back you up as one who has enjoyed watching your work unfold.

Let us know if there is anything we can do to back you up!!!

& by the way... I LOVE your designs and would love also to support you if you decide to sell on Ebay yourself. Will you do custom if we ask and would you also still do the magnetic signs also? I think it's a great idea to put your talent to GREAT use!!!

Hi everyone! I know you have all been wondering where I have gone....I needed to take a break and try to regroup. Sometimes real life issues have a way of rearing their ugly head when you least expect it....

truthfully, it has really bothered me that this Dis person has taken designs and concepts and has, and continues, to sell them on eBay...this is especially true since finances have come into play more than I want them to...I could go on and on about the nitty gritty, but the fact it that I have to make some tough decisions. I have toyed with the idea about selling my designs on eBay...not that I believe this this is necessarily the right or ethical thing to do...but truly just a matter of dollars & cents. I feel like I am between a rock & a hard place...I either need to find an additional source of income, leaving me no time to do designs...or try selling some on eBay. Both choices not really great ones.

I am sorry that I let some of you down!!!...I have really enjoyed getting to know many of you...as soon as I figure things out...I will let you guys know.
