Ok since we had a starbucks question what about something to go with it and what better than a dozen of hot Krispy Kreme's. ANyone know of any in the disney area.

I've also gotten them at Tubbi's at the dolphin and at the cape may character breakfast at the beach club. The only time I eat them is on vacation

There's also an outlet at MCO ... I haven't been there yet but I plan to make a stop there on my next trip

Also saw them at the Main Street Bakery at MK. I think they were $1.99 for 2. No idea how fresh they were though! Probably not as good as when the sign says "HOT DOUGHNUTS NOW!"

This is truly funny. As I opened this thread, my wife walked in the door carrying two boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, one was an assortment and the other was full of glazed doughnuts right off the line. The "Hot" sign was on when she passed by and she could not resist temptation. Thank goodness!

gosh! I've been up since 5! I'm 31 weeks pregnant and can't sleep, trying not to eat ALL of the time and you guys are making me so hungry. It's almost 6:30AM and I know that HOT sign is on!

I live in KK's hometown. we have had them for over 50 years.

They are kinda hurting right now with all the low carb craze, and maybe college being out for the summer.

So please,,,, go eat lots and lots of KK's so we can get better stock results, and the tax man can collect and the city can build another school or road or some project that is a complete waste of tax payers money.

You made me laugh. Unfortunately, KK's problems aren't just the low carb craze. They're being investigated by the SEC for some type of stock violation or something and their profits are plummeting. Hope it all works at for them. Hate to see KK go out like Enron, lol. BTW, thanks for making me salivate when I have a Slimfast waiting for me in the frig. lol.

Directions to the KK we visit near WDW... Go out of WDW property on 535 and turn right (instead of going straight over into the Goodings shopping center). Go straight until you hit US 192. Turn right. Keep your eyes open on the left side of the road, it will be there within a couple miles. That sign better be on in March!!!!!!!!

i believe i just read this morning, that the DTD Hilton has a KK in it...not 100% positive cuz i've never stayed there, but worth checking.....good luck!

After the high school back to school night last night my DH had the wonderful idea to go to KK and see if the hot light was on. We ordered a dozen asst to bring home for the kids and each got a free sample of the hot off the line doughnuts. My DH was waiting for the decaf to brew and the cashier who helped us must have gone off-duty and forgot to tell the other cashier that we were waiting for coffee. We figured that we could get a couple more free ones for our wait (otherwise we would have boughta couple more), but the lady gave us 1/2 dozen fresh, hot doughnuts. We each ate another 1 1/2 doughnuts before we rolled out to the van. The hot ones are so sinfully good!
