How late is it open? We'll be getting to Epcot in the late afternoon/early evening and want to know if we'll be able to eat there for dinner- I know it's just sandwiches and stuff. Being of Norwegian descent I want to make sure we get in there! Thanks!

It closes with the Park at 9:00 PM(9:30 PM in December).

Yay! Thanks. We've been there once before but I honestly don't remember what I ate. Even if it's not very authentic, eh, have to do it. Yeah, I've never had school bread. I've been to Norway several times and never even heard of it until looking up stuff about WDW I saw that they have some kind of waffles next to the pretzels on this site:

That's the true Norwegian staple! I could go for some rice cream. Don't know if my mom will slave over the stove making some this Christmas.

DH and I always eat at Kringla at least once. We absolutely love everything there. Can't speak to the authenticity, but it sure is yummy!

1) A disservice calling the roast beef "just a sandwich".
2) Probably the best roast beef at WDW.
