We are trying this restaurant on our upcoming trip. Has anyone been there recently? If you have, can you please let me know how it is.
Thanks!

my bf and I were there in January and May of this year..the service isnt very consistent but the Fishermans stew is absolutely delicious!! i had ordered the lamb shank in January, which was good, but the bf had the fishermen stew -- he let me try some and I was so jealous i didnt order it! on our May trip we both got it and we plan to get it again in October :) the greek doughnuts for dessert were amazing, also. we knew it was a fresh batch because it was ever so soft, nice and hot and smelled so good!!

Go for it! I'm a professional chef and can safely assure you that it is one of the best overall dining experiences at WDW if you like Greek food.:thumbsup2

We were there last Sept. Service and food both amazing. We're booked again for this Sept.

We were there last month and in over 20 visits to WDW, this is definitely one of the worst dining experiences we have had there. The service was horribly slow and my food was inedible. I am not a picky eater and I went with the waiter's recommendation which was the Greek lasagne. I could not eat it. The other 3 adults in our party said their food was "okay" (one had the fisherman's stew, one had some sort of steak, I don't remember the 4th dish). We did not have dessert but our meal took us 1 hour 40 minutes due to the slow service.

I really liked the food at Kouzzina for both breakfast and dinner, but I have to agree the service is slow.

We were there last week and it was terrible. Food was unremarkable (and I am not a picky eater at ALL). The service was the worst, We will not go back.

7:30 ADR, seated at 8:30; very loud restaurant, couldn't hear the waitress; unremarkable food, waited 45 minutes for dessert to be served. Baklava was tough and bland. Water glasses never refilled. *My BIL did enjoy the Fisherman's stew but thought the portion size was more like an appetizer as opposed to a Entree.

Big disappointment :sad2:

Eat here in March and we had good service and the food was very good. I had the fisherman stew, it was yummy. Very spicy, not to hot but warm.

On most of the Dis reviews service seem to be spotty. I would return.

I agree the fisherman's stew is fab! The whole fish is very good, for dessert do the loukoumades, yummo!

Loved it for breakfast and dinner. We're eating breakfast there again on our next trip in November. They do great breakfast beverages, by the way. We tried both the sparkling white wine sangria and the bloody mary, and they were both big hits.

Put me down for another Fisherman's Stew lover! It was wonderful when I was there in May. I'm sorry to hear that so many people have had bad service there. Our server was wonderful and we had an all around great dining experience.
