I'm still trying to figure out my ADRs for my September trip. We have the basic dining plan for 4 nights (1 TS & 1 CS). We were thinking of having one dinner at Boardwalk, and I love both of the menus for these restaurants. We've never been to either of them. Which one would you pick? Also, is the extra dining credit at FF really worth it, since we only have 4 TS credits to begin with? :confused3

I've been to Flying Fish and didn't think it was worth the two credits. If you liked the menu at Kouzzina (spelling??) than I would go there because the exotic menu seems to be the biggest hang-up with people about the restaurant.

It is not really exotic, just a bit different. Lots of their entrees are made with cinnamon. Some people may assume that it is just ground cinnamon sprinkled into the meat, but it is really whole cinnamon that has been infused into the meat - it gives it a hearty robust flavor that some people might not be used to. I absolutely loved it.

A lot of people do get hung up on the concept of the open kitchen; it can be very noisy for some people not used to going to restaurants like that.

A couple sat next to us for about five minutes, left their menus on the table and exited - complaining about the noise.

I  Flying Fish! Have not tried Kouzzina yet will be in March.

I have to say, we just returned from the World, and we got to try all of the Signature restaurants, including Flying Fish, and that was one of our most memorable places!

The food is fantastic and the restaurant itself is very neat looking...you can even see right into the kitchen and watch the cooks making all the dishes!

Have never been to Kouzzina's, but I really do recommend Flying Fish!

We tried Kouzzina in January for the first time. We were really unimpressed - my husband hated the fisherman's stew. The portion was not big enough for him and it was really not alot of anything in it except shrimp. He complained to the point were I was just laughing at him. My steak was good but very small with a couple of potatoes and some bitter green stuff underneath. It was our worst meal of the trip and he is still making rude comments about the portion size almost a month later. We will not be going back.
