Konk Cooler Recipe

I kow I have seen several thread looking for the recipe for at famous CC Konk Cooler. There is a new cookbook on Disney property, and it has the recipe in it. I made a copy of it and just wante dto share it here.

Konk Cooler
1/2 oz dark rum
3/4 oz light rum
1 oz passion fruit juice
1 oz pina colada mix
1 oz orange juice
crushed ice
tropical fruit wedge for garnish

1. Place the first five ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously.

2. Serve in a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a wedge of tropical fruit if desired.

And do any of these drinks come in specialty glasses or anything??? I collect glasses from wherever I go...

This recipe is actually in the 2004 "Cooking with Mickey and the Disney Chefs" cookbook, so I'd too be interested in whether there is a new cookbook (and if it has different recipes than the one I have).

The Palo Chocolate Souffle is also in the '04 cookbook, as well Creme Brulee Cheesecake from Lumiere's and the Palo brunch Sweet Pizza. Yum.

There is a new cookbook, nad it's called Delicious Disney. It does have Palo's Chocolate Soufle in it and also has a glazed salmon from Lumiere's I believe it was. The cookbook costs $40.
