Kona's Vs The Wave for lunch..opinions needed!

I am having an all girls DW trip in September. We have the free dining. 1 of us is vegetarian and not in the plan (up for the day from Tampa). We are staying at the Poly. To those who have eaten there, which would you pick for lunch that day. We will have had dinner at Narcoose's the night before and are basically haning out at the hotel and going to MNSSHP that night. Dinner will be CS in the parks.

My husband eat's this way a lot. That's why were going in Aug.

For a vegetarian I would also go with the wave, the vegetarian stew there sounds really nice.
