I just added Kona back into our plans for next week and DH and I are both interested in the Mahi Mahi dish. I am a mild white fish eater and DH loves shellfish and neither one of us has tried Mahi Mahi.

So how is it? Is it fishy tasting or smelling? Is is soft, med or firm? Any reviews? Any pictures would be so helpful

My wife had this last month. Mahi is a very mild, white meat, fish, not "fishy" at all. It was good but we have a place at home that does it better, so we were a little disappointed. Give it a try.

Thanks! Anyone else?

Mahi is about my favorite fish. It has a firm, flaky texture. It's mild and very flavorful. I've had the macadamia nut crusted mahi at Kona and it's fabulous!

Mahi mahi is excellent. It's firm but flakey- thicker than tilapia but mild, very mild. And yummy. The macademia mahi mahi was the selling point for Kona for my boyfriend. Here's a picture from last January. He said it was his favorite dish!
