Kona Sushi Bar

Unless it's changed recently, you can get the sushi sampler platters as a DDP/DxDP entree at WPC.

Not sure if you can get smaller sushi portions as a DxDP appetizer there, but I'd be willing to be you can.

We had lunch at WPC on the DxDP. I asked about the sushi and was offered a small sushi appetizer, that was listed under the apps, as my app. This is not listed in allears. Rolls were not available as app (I didn't ask about entrees) and there weren't any sushi platters in the lunch menu (maybe the platters are only at dinner). If I remember correctly, the sushi app had 3 pieces of nigiri and 3 pieces (not rolls) of california roll. The sushi was very good. More interesting, california rolls were entrees in the kids menu - both of my kids selected california rolls as their entrees. I enjoyed WPC immensely and wanted to return the next day, but my DH outvoted me and we went to Raglan Road. RR was fine, but the menu/type of food at WPC appealed to me more.

Is the WPC on the East side or West side? What is it near? Sounds perfect for DH & DS.

I was able to get sushi last year on the plan but was also confused by the dining plan restaurants for this year. As mentioned, the sushi bar was not listed as accepting the dining plan and I was so diappointed - I'm glad they still do. I know restaurants do not fix "to go" meals but was wondering if this place does "carry out" since it does have limited seating. Thanks!

Yes the sushi bar does carryout. From earlier reports, yes they will accept DDP for carryout - but it will still be a TS credit, not a CS credit.

That just made my day! We will be on the deluxe plan and have a few meals left over - looks like a really good use of credits. Thanks so much!
