Looking at the menus on-line, I am tentativly planning to order the pork chop but I'm not sure I will likek the sauce on it. I usually order steaks at the TS restaurants because I've never had a bad one - but I don't want steak for 8 straight days. Does it have a strong taste or is it pretty mellow?

This was the BEST pork chop I have ever eaten in my life. I did not order it my DH did and I tasted his. It was soooooo good that we made another reservation later that week and we both got the pork chop. It is more of a glaze than a sauce and it is excellent, so are the potatoes and veggie it comes with.

There's a thread here where people post recipes & request for recipes from Disney. This recipe was already requested & has been placed in the index so that when someone goes to Disney they might be able to make the request in person. You can mail WDW for recipes, but people seem to have more success when asking while in the restaurant.
