Looking for your opinion. We are having a family dinner in Disney. My two brothers each picked a different restaurant for us to dine at. They agreed to eat at which ever one gets the most reviews from this post. Thank You for all your help.

They are both very good restaurants. The biggest decision you have to make first is if you want a buffet or sit down meal? Are there going to be any small children? With that being said...I would pick Kona without kids and 1900 with kids!!!! They are both very good places to eat at. My favorite of the two would be Kona!!! Hope this helps in some way!!!!

I agree with the above poster. We like both restaurants. However, are you looking for a buffet with characters or a sit-down character-free meal? I don't think you could go wrong choosing either.

This dinner is a party of 11. It is one child and one very difficult picky eater to please.

We like both but choosing between the 2 we would go to 1900 with a larger group their dinner buffett has a good variety of food so can accomodate various tastes.

Have a great trip!

It is hard to pick from two restaurants that are so different. They are both very good, but I think the food at Kona is a lot better than the food at 1900 Park Fare. You also won't find yourself quite so crammed in at Kona. Service is great at both places, but you should decide if more people in your party would rather have a character buffet for dinner (I think the food is VERY good for a buffet, but I might not consider it as good if it were a regular table service restaurant) or a low-key table service with excellent cuisine.

I LOVE the food at Kona Cafe. I just thought 1900 PF was 'OK'. Fun characters, but the food at Kona is GREAT. And they have mac n cheese or hot dogs for kids. :thumbsup2

Another thing to consider is that you may not all be seated together at 1900. I would have the your one "picky eater" look at the menu at Kona to make sure that they can find something there. But with so many people like another poster said a low key place like Kona would be better.
