Kona lunch

Does anyone know if you get the wonderful bread basket if you have lunch at Kona Cafe, or is it just offered with dinner? The bread is my daughter's favorite, but her Daddy doesn't much care for Kona so I thought perhaps we'd try a lunch there instead of another dinner. Can anyone recall? The bread is so delicious my daighter and I think it is worth the trip, but Dad disagrees.

We ate lunch there yesterday and did not get any bread. Maybe they would give it to you if you asked? Lunch was delicious. It is hard to believe that just this morning we were at Disney and now we are back home.
