Kona Cafe

Hi everyone,
Who has eaten here & what did you have?

I have recently decided to change my ADRs from Tusker House at 4:50 to Kona as we are attending MNSSHP that night & probably wouldn't have time to get back to POFQ, get dressed & go to the party. I am also nervous about AK closing at 5:00 that day & not being able to get a bus back to POFQ.

I would like any suggestions on other places, I haven't tried to get ADRs yet so I may still be stuck with Tusker House as it's during Free Dining.

We LOVE Kona......the prime rib and filet are out of this world . Kona is a must do for us every trip .

We had dinner there in Oct and DH had the best teriyaki steak, sticky wings and the bread is to die for. I had an awesome salad and the shrimp noodle dish, I didnt like it because it was loaded with pineapple, red peppers and a super sweet sauce...this is my fault because I did not know they menu changed so I didnt read the description..I thought it was a savory lo mein style meal.

Kona is great, we loved the breakfast and then we ate dinner there too on a whim!

We had the terrayki steak and then my husband had a pomegrante pork chop ...amazing!

We also love the crab cake appetizer. DH likes the scallop & shrimp dinner, and the mahi-mahi. Pork chop was the best thing I have had there!
