Hi again - Some last questions as we will be in Disney January 25th. I looked on Allears but they do not have the time Kona opens for dinner. Does anyone know. I am trying to change one of our dinner reservations so we can go to Fantasmic which is only open the first three days we are there. I thought if we could get an early dinner at Kona we might be able to make it over to MGM in time for fantasmic at 7:00. My son and husband definitely want to go but we will see about my 6 year old daughter. Thanks for any information.

Kona cafe is open for breakfast lunch and dinner so you should have no problems booking the time you want providing you book in advance. Here's the Disney site on the property:

when i was there in august, the earliest we could go for dinner was at 5:00, but i'm not sure what time lunch ends.

Im not sure of exact times, but I want to say in the past I have heard dinner begins at 5:00.

We recently had lunch here with a 2:35 ADR. We had a bit of a wait before being seated and finished up around 3:30. I ran into a friend right after that who was going in trying to get a late lunch, but they couldnt seat her as they were clearing out the lunch crowd to get ready for dinner.

I think that I will make reservation for 5:00 and hopefully that will get my son and husband to Fantasmic in time for 7:00. I guess it will depend on if they make the bus on time. We will see what happens. If they can't make it on time we will do something else. Thanks for everyones help.

EVerytime we have eaten there- we have always chosen the earliest time slot which is 5:00. We have gotten there earlier just out of travel time but they were not open to serve or seat yet
