I have reservation of Chef De France for dinner after Biergarten lunch buffet. Now I'm wondering if it's too much for a day. I can make a reservation of Kona cafe for dinner on another day.

Which dinner is more impressive. We have been to Chef De france. But not Kona cafe yet. I have made reservation for breakfast and lunch already.

How about wait time at Kona cafe?

I have never been to chef de france but I love Kona for dinner. We have never really needed to wait either.

Biergarten is a great lunch option. We have found you can dine at 2 TS restaurants in a day. If you gorge at Biergarten, the you may not be that hungry for Chefs. If you are pre-paid under a dining plan it may be something to reconsider or ensure the time between is sufficent.

Chefs in our opinion is more impressive. We prefer lunch over dinner, since it is a more relaxing setting with smaller crowds. We consider Kona to be the best dining option at the PR. It alsomakes a great get-a-way location from the MK..for lunch. We consider Kona a great lunch option. There are better near-by options within the monorail resorts for dinner.

I think Chefs has beautiful ambiance, but we certainly enjoyed our meal at Kona more. I think you really can't go wrong with either.

Chefs de France has gone down in food quality over the past year or so. Their sauces are very good, but the last time I was there the steak was tender to cut, but not tender to chew. It was as if they were service USDA select grade instead of choice.

On the other side is Kona ... the atmosphere isn't as cool because you can feel sort of in the open while people are going over to Ohana, but the food is of better quality and their drinks and desserts are good. I was there for lunch a month ago and will be going back soon.
