Not a big deal but Kona Cafe will make a grilled cheese for a kid if you ask...it is not on the menu but my daughter (4) asked the waitress and she said no problem.....she also told us that all kids items can be ordered a la carte. So we were able to get her a grilled cheese and french fries without a problem.
