Kona Cafe for Dinner - Opinions?

Will they do tofu at Kona? I really liked the look of some of the dishes Ohana does and am hoping Kona will be willing to do the same type?

I can't tell from the Book Reservations page on the WDW site. Looks like you can go whenever, but I would check with a dining agent. Perhaps someone here knows When in doubt, I sometimes as a moderator. Alternatively you could go for lunch if it fits into your schedule.

They open for dinner at 5. We were in the first dinner seating when we were there. We LOVED it!!
