Kona Cafe...bread served at lunch and dinner?

I am wondering....we ate at Kona last weekend for dinner and they brought a huge loaf of bread with macadamia butter to the table before dinner was served. Does anyone know if they do this at lunchtime also?

We've had lunch at Kona twice and never got the bread.
