Kona cafe and fireworks

I know that Kona cafe does not have a view of the MK, but would it be okay to eat dinner there and then go down to the beachfront to watch the fireworks. We are not staying at the Poly. TIA

On most evenings, yes. They do block the beach for guests on NYE and similar.

Yes. The only days they stop non resort guests are on very busy days (NYE, maybe Christmas ect) Other days, no one will ask if you're staying at the Poly or not.
