 Hi everyone,
I have a ADR for Kona Café breakfast at 7:50 a.m. I'm staying at the Beach Club and have no car. Do any of you know how can I get to the Polynesian for 7:50 a.m. with disney transportation?...or should I cancel my reservation?

I'm no expert, but others are and I'm sure they'll offer their suggestions. Maybe you could ride a bus to the MK and then get on the resort monorail to the Poly.

I believe that buses start at 7:00 so I would be out there at that time to ensure that you arrive on time. Honeychild has your route~Bus to MK and then monorail to the Poly.

Good Luck!

Joanne

Thank-you!!! I will try my best to go taste that Konga Toast. I phoned back the WDW reservation line and the CS told me to tell my front desk a day ahead and the transportation would be arranged....hop she is right crossing my fingers!

Be sure to check and see if MK is having extra magic hours in the morning that day - if so, be sure to get to the bus stop early. We were at the BCV the first week of June and the first bus was PACKED and standing room only. The last 10 of us were told we had to wait for the next bus. Strollers take up alot of room and she was letting people push them on and keep them open with the kids in them. The buses come every 20 minutes and the way the seating is arranged there is very little actual seats. We couldn't get on the first bus and had to wait 20 minutes for the next one and still had to stand in the aisle---the bus also did a stop at Boardwalk. We got to MK at 7:48am, yes we were watching the clock trying to get there at rope drop. The bus driver said that we would have no bus issues the next morning and its only packed like that when MK has early morning hours. The front desk may make sure there is transportation but they won't guarantee you won't have to stand or can even get on the bus.

Getting to Kona by 7:50 --using a Disney bus--will be close. You will need to take the bus to the MK and then monorail over to the Poly.
HOWEVER--Kona dosen't usually get full until a bit later--8:30 or so. WE've never made reservations for breakfast at Kona and unless we arive at 9:00 or later, we are usually seated with little or no wait. So I guess what I'm saying is that even if you are a bit late, it may not matter a whole lot.

Thanks for your answers....I'll try my best to be there on time...gotta have those tonga toast!!!
