Kona 5PM ADR and then to 7PM Spectro?

Do you think I"ll be able to get in place for the 7PM Spectro parade if I have a 5PM ADR at Kona, or do you think I need to make it for 4:30.

You should be fine. A meal at Kona takes 45 minutes to an hour. The monorail goes fast, so you should be fine.

I would count on longer than 45 minutes at dinner but I agree you should be fine if you're not picky about where you line up.

Kona doesn't open for dinner until 5pm anyway.

I want reservations after the parade. Will 8pm give us enough time to make it? Or is the everyone crowding the monorail at that time? Thanks

We had a 5 PM ADR at Kona in December, ate our dinner, and still got front row/curb seats for Spectro. This was in early December though-not a big crowd time.

I would say its not enough time if your doing the dining plan.

We ate there in May and they did not start seating people until after 5:00. Those of us with ADRs were given beepers and asked to wait. We were on the dining plan and the service was "fast", but it did take over an hour.
The food was awesome and worth it!

I'm pretty sure my ADR for Konas is at 4:20 or something like that. (Information in the other room!) I know it is early. I wanted to have plenty of time to get back to MK so I asked for the earliest dinner ADR I could get.

Have you decided what you'll be eating at Kona yet? I'm just curious, 'cause we'll be eating there for the 1st time (for dinner...) in September. I can't decide between the mahi mahi or the terriyaki strip, or the prime rib! It ALL looks so good!!! HELP!
