Kohl's rebate help!

I ordered some items from Kohl's on Black Friday that had rebates with them. I need to have one of the rebate forms filled out and postmarked by tomorrow. The problem is, that when my items arrived (shipped in separate boxes), all I got was a packing slip in each box.

The rebate forms both say that I need to include my original cash register receipt with the price of the item circled. Should I include the packing slip or should I print out the email I got from Kohl's after I placed my order???

I know how companies mess with consumers to get out of paying rebates. One mistake and they don't send you the rebate. I know there are lots of savvy online Kohl's shoppers here that can hopefully answer my question so that I don't miss out on the rebates.

I printed out the email. It does say on the email to print it out for your records so I am assuming that is the receipt

I hope so. Seems like I always end up losing a rebate. This time it's $30 I don't want to lose by making a mistake.

Is there anyone else that's done a Kohl's rebate from an online purchase that required a cash register receipt? I called Kohl's customer service, but hung up after being on hold for 25 minutes.
