Kohls rebate help

I bought a Pandigital frame at Kohls 2 weeks ago that was supposed to have a 10.00 rebate and I asked at the register and the just printed me a rebate receipt that is just a copy of your receipt.I thought maybe it was online but I checked and I don't see it.Does anyone know where they usually keep the rebates at Kohls-I have never done one from them before.

They should give you the rebate form at the register. Usually, they ask the head cashier/supervisor for the form & hand it to you.

We bought two of the "$9.99" Presto griddles on black friday. The cashier gave us an additional receipt that said Rebate Receipt but did not say anything about how to get the rebate. DH called Kohls and they mailed us the rebate forms. Unfortunately, there is only one rebate allowed per household. I wish that had been clearly/more prominently stated in the ad. At least we ended up with $20 Kohls cash from the transaction, so it makes up a little bit for spending $10 extra on one of the griddles. Anyway - long story short... call them and ask them to mail it to you, ours showed up in just a day or two. I wouldn't make a special trip because they didn't give you the correct form.
