Kohl's cash

This question has probably been asked before. But I can't find the answer.I have Kohl's cash that expired Jan. 28th can I still use it?

I have found that it totally depends on the discretion of the particular store. I have had the store in Franklin, IN tell me that it can still be used, while the store in Greenwood says it can't. So, you know where I go I once had them allow me to use mine a day or two early.

Answer varies by store. My local Kohl's will take it up to 2 days past expiration. Others have posted that their store takes it WAY past the expiration date and the cashier doesn't even bat an eye. YMMV.

Take the coupon in to the service desk at your local store. If you have items that you're ready to purchase and you ask nicely, they may have a hard time saying no.

I rarely get back during the right week to use my Kohls cash, so when I go in (usually a week or two later) I ask, "Can I still use this?" and the cashier ALWAYS says "As a one time courtesy we will accept it". This has happened the last three or four times I had Kohls cash.

The last 3 times I've used my Kohl's Cash it's been after the expiration. They've handled it 3 different ways, but have always let me use it. One time the manager had to come to the cash register and approve it, another time the cashier just did hit himself and the third time I used it at the customer service counter because I was making a major purchase.

They have great customer service.

I've used mine a year past expiration with no problem at all!

I have used them several times after expiration with no trouble.

I don't think you can use the expired ones online though, unless maybe you phone in your order or something.

I have used expired Kohls cash at the Greenwood store. They were as nice as can be about it too. I just asked at customer service and she looked it up and printed out a slip of paper with the info on it for me to give to the cashier.
