Kohl's Cash earned online?

I just placed a sizeable order on Kohls.com and they are running one of their Kohl's Cash deals right now- I have gotten the voucher in store before, but how will I get them through an online order? Do they send a printable email or something?

You'll get a printable e-mail. The Kohl's Case can only be used in the store even if you earned it for items bought online.

Thanks for that info- I knew they could only be used in store , but had no idea how I would get my hands on them! Do you know how long it usually takes before that email comes? I assume easily before the use by date?

I did this a year or so ago and at that time they mailed you the Kohls cash. Took it a few days to arrive.

I had placed an online order a few months back and never received my Kohl's cash. I called and they said to give it a few days. Ultimately it never came threw email and they had to mail me new Kohl's cash. Keep an eye on it. Call early- because the expirations are close.

Last month I ordered a digital picture frame from Kohls.com for my inlaws for Christmas. I earned Kohl's cash on the transaction that I received through e-mail and then used at the store a couple weeks ago.

Last week I found out one of DH's aunts gave my ILs a digital picture frame so I returned the one I bought for them at the store. I thought I remember hearing if you return something that you earned Kohl's cash on the return credit would be lowered by the Kohl's cash earned. I was expecting the cashier to tell me I was getting the refund less the Kohl's cash I had earned (and used) but she issued a full refund. Does the adjustment get made later on my Kohl's account?

was that the only thing you bought to earn the Kohl's cash? If what you returned didn't affect the KC you earned, you will get full price. If the return would put your original purchase below the threshhold and therefore receive LESS KC, then they will offer you a gift card for the full amount or on your card for the lesser amount.

Kohl's Cash is suppose to be issued as a "store credit" if you return an item that was purchased using Kohl's cash.

A Kohls store opened in my area and I went there for the first time in August and I really liked their clothing. Is Kohls cash something you earn only by using a Kohls credit card? Thanks, Linda

Kohls cash is a promotion they offer every few months. For every $50 you spend you get $10 Kohls cash to spend during a specified period in the future.
