Kohl's appliance rebates?

Finally got my order from Thanksgiving day from Kohl's. I got the griddle and waffle maker that were supposed to come with $10 rebates. Does anyone know where the rebate forms are? Are they inside the boxes? I got them as gifts, so didn't want to open them unless I absolutely had to!

Oh, thanks for pointing that out! I might be returning it, too. I'd gotten it for the office grab gift.
