Big deal. Warm ocean, pleasant breezes, everything green, perfect beaches, waving palm trees, perfect weather year round ... why would anyone want to go there rather than spend January in Chicago.

Looks like the resort is going up fast now. We can't wait to buy points there. We will be in Hawaii for 5 days at the end of Jan then 8 days at Wdw then 5 more days in Hawaii on our way home. Hope to take some pics and post them of the progress.

It is amazing the progress they are making, I guess not much else being built and Hawaii weather really helps , at this rate they will be topping out by March.
