Also, over the past few weeks the Canadian government has updated it’s travel documents specific to cruising:

April 1st Canada dropped the. COVID negative test to drive or ship across the border. Plane could be different, I do not know as don’t fly to Canada

As long as you are fully vaccinated, you don’t need a COVID test to enter Canada by land, air or sea.
