I know nothing other than what I just looked at on the web....
These question are general, not just this post...
1) Folks go ON diets, and quick plans. Anything one goes ON they will eventually go OFF. Then what happens?
2) why would a person put anything in their mouth, especially an unregulated supplement, where the manufacturer will not put an ingredient list?
3) do you really want to get hooked up with something that is essentially a pyramid sales scheme?
I cannot speak to the efficacy of this or many other sales schemes where the manufacturer will not put the label ion on the website. I am a believer in the following... It took months, years to gain the weight... the only safe and sure way to reduce will take time. There is no quick solution. Look to increase Kcal burned and reduce Kcal in through fresh and whole food.
