Know anything about Webjay.com?

First of all, is it legal? My 15yo assures me that it is, but his definition of legal is sometimes different than mine. We don't allow our kids any illegal downloading, much to their dismay, so I wanted to check this out.

Assuming it's legal, what is it? My son says that music can be put on my space from it. Can the music also be put on iPods or only onto the computer?
