Knott's Timing and Fast Lane

Due to our plane and travel to hotel and back to Knotts we won't be arriving until about 12:30pm in the afternoon on Saturday August 8th. Only doing the one day at knotts. The park is open until 11:00pm at night. I will have 3 teens with me. So lots of big rides. No Snoopy land. I was going to by the tickets online before we leave. Do you think it is wise to upgrade to the Fast Lane to get everything in that we want? We tend to ride single rider and use fast passes a lot at Disneyland. I am not aware of crowd levels at Knotts. Would like insite on this.

As it's not a holiday weekend when you'll be there, I'm sure you'll be able to go on all the rides you want without purchasing Fast Lane...you'll have many hours in the park, and it shouldn't be crowded. Have fun on your trip, and be sure to eat some boysenberry pie & Knott's famous fried chicken when you're there!

Just wondering why you don't think it will be crowded on a Saturday in the summer? Have you actually been this summer? We bought passes in December, and have gone a couple of times since then...once in Dec, and then again on a weekend in February. Both times, it was very crowded with long lines...and the worst part was that they don't post wait times (so you have no idea what you are in for).

So I'm curious to hear from anyone who has visited this summer, both for weekday and weekend visits.
