In the past year, I've taken up knitting. My mom had taught me as a child, and it came back to me quickly.
I wanted to learn sweater construction, and decided to make a sweater for my friend's 2 year old because he's the littlest person I know. Little people = little sweaters!! I had never made a sweater before, and I thought it came out a little wierd. But ...
My friend tells me that Tyler wore his sweater to day care and proudly told everyone that his Aunt Donna made it for him!
I'm working on his next sweater, hoping it comes out somewhat better. I can't wait until he's 4 -- I found an intarsia Tigger pattern!!
