Kitten question needs help ASAP!

ok I noticed my 10 week old kitten limping and I picked him up to check him out and his right hind leg is all swollen and he can't move it. When I tried to moved it he meowed really load, so it hurts him. I have no way to get to an 4 hour vet untill tomorrow. What can I do

Do you have any Baby Aspirin? When my kitten broke his leg the vet recommened baby aspirin.

I would keep him as still as possible and make him a bed in a basket on the floor so he doesn't have to jump up onto the bed or furniture. He probably hurt it while exploring.

thats what im thinking, he loves to jump off of my furniture and stuff

My kitten was just 8-10 weeks old when he broke his leg at the hip. The vet recommened several things from putting in a pin, amputation, to putting him to sleep. The vet insisted that the injury would not heal by itself. He told me to give him baby aspirin to keep him comfortable while I decided upon a treatment. I'm happy to say that while trying to decide upon treatment the kitten started running, jumping, and eve walking on rails. Baby aspirin kept him comfortable and bones healed fine. My step-dad (the doctor) says that if kids break a bone and you can put both pieces in the same room they will knit together and heal, guess kittens are the same. Hope your baby feels better soon.
