In all the DVC resorts, studios have kitchenettes with small refrigerators, sinks and microwaves. Studios also have free access to public washers and dryers on some floors of each resort.
1- and 2-bedroom units (and grand villas) have full kitchens with apartment-sized refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and so forth, as well as jacuzzis and washer/dryers.
Correct. Each resort has a laundry center in a common location for studio guests to share. Some may have slots to insert quarters, but you don't actually need to use any money to get them to operate.
You do need to bring your own detergent, or buy it at the resort for a rather high price ($1 per load.)

Actually OKW has full size kitchens (not apartment-sized). The refrigerators in OKW have ice-makers in them. All the other WDW DVC resorts have apartment size refrigerators and only have ice cube trays that you have to fill yourself.)
