Kitchen Sink

I've heard lots of talk about the Kitchen Sink at WDW. What exactly is it & where can I find it?

I'm taking a trip to WDW 11/30-12/9/06. It's been almost 7 years since my last visit!

It's a whole lot of ice cream (8 scoops, I believe) and stuff (pretty much every topping they have) that you get at Beaches and Cream at the Beach and Yacht Club.

There's a video of it being made that floated around for a while. I'll see if I can find a link and post it.

My family had the Kitchen Sink once. you get it at the Beach Club resort and its eight scoops of the basic flavors, a whole can of whipped cream, and TONS of syrup. There is lemon wedges candy and brownies. Its the absolute BEST!

The Kitchen Sink can be found at Beaches and Cream at the YC/BC resort.

It is a super-size sundae that is great fun! The sundae usually includes a combination of the following (give or take a few items) vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and coffee ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, marshmallow, peanutbutter sauces, brownies, oreos, peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, cherries and just about anything else they can throw in, plus a whole can, yes a whole can of whipped cream!

This is a must do for our family every trip and something we really enjoy!

Can you request all vanilla and no whip?


I might try the Earthquake at Ghirardelli instead.

The Earthquake - 8 scoops of premium ice cream with 8 different toppings. Finished off with sliced bananas, whipped cream, chopped almonds and cherries $19.95

You can request what you want/don't want. When we got it, we didn't want coffee or mint chocolate chip ice cream, so we substituted them and didn't get cherries. No problems at all. Good luck trying to finish it!

Thanks so much everyone. That looks great. It'll be great fun trying to finish it. My dh is a pretty big guy & he loves his ice cream.

Is this someplace I would need to make a ps for? Keep in mind this will be the first week of December.

My kids want to get this when we go in two weeks. It will be myself, DS 11 and DD 14. There is no way we will even make a dent in it, but we are sure going to try. They even offered to pay for half of it if we got it. They never offer to pay. LOL
