Kitchen Sink Question...

Quick question about the kitchen sink...

Do you get to choose the ice cream in it? Could you substitute vanilla for chocolate? I ask because I have this weird thing where I can eat chocolate any time other than when it's in something like ice cream, pudding, or milk. Fudge sauce is not a problem, but chocolate ice cream and my stomach just don't get along. Also, could possible toppings like pecans/walnuts and/or coconut be left off? I don't know if those are usually there or not, but based on the name, I'm guessing something like that is included. The kitchen sink looks like an awesome splurge, but how "customized" can you make it?

I can't help with the Kitchen Sink, but I can tell you about the Earthquake at DTD. They will absolutely customize it for you. We did this last week and had a wonderful time trying to eat it all before it melted!

I asked this same question several weeks ago. A couple of people said they did ask for specific ice cream in their kitchen sink. I know they put mint ice cream in it and peanut butter sauce if you don't ask them to leave that yucky stuff out! We will be getting our first Kitchen sink in Jan and I am undecided on how to order it. I don't like the idea of muffins in the sunday, etc! We have several Q&C but will only try one kitchen sink! I think we may prefer a reg. hot fudge sunday! Truly it will take me 15 min to tell the waitress what not to put in the kitchen sink! Hope this help!

we have stayed at the YC for the past 5 years. Beaches & Cream is a must do for my 11 year old DS. we always sit at the counter and the have ALWAYS allowed him to sellect his ice creams. they have also always asked him about sauces, sprinkles, whipped cream, etc. and usually give him an additional side bowl of fudge sauce. we are going on Wednesday and can't wait to visit again!!! Yummy!
