Exactly why you can't order it on the DDP. It is meant to serve several people.

In 2006 & 2007 we were able to order Any Sunday or Cone Except the Kitchen Sink as dessert on the Dining plan! I really doubt that they would change this although we haven't been on the 2008 plan yet will let you know in September if they have hehe...
It's kind of waste when you look at how much you "save" at other restaurants for the same TS credit, but we love B&C

Yes, sorry for the confusion. Beaches and Cream is on the DDP but the kitchen sink is not available on the ddp.

You could walk to Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club from EPCOT through the International Gateway. The exit for the gateway is right after the UK. You could go spend the day at EPCOT and pop over for lunch. (The boats can get you there also. There is also a boat launch outside of MGM that can take you over to Beach Club.

8 scoops of ice cream (B&C has big scoops! ) all the toppings - sauces, bananas, nuts, cherries and whole can of whipped cream!!!

It is definitely too big for one person to finish it off unless you are uniquely qualified We did see a group of 4 polish it off quite nicely. That is fairly doable.

My assumption is that to get it free you have to go solo. Dig in!

The only downside to B&C is their limited ice cream flavor selection.

well...ive actually had this thing twice! and let me tell you...it is the BEST ICE CREAM CONCOCTION I HAVE EVER HAD!!! we had four people eating it and we finished it all!!! i pretty much attacked the whipped cream! however, my family and i don't really like the taste of coffee, so we substituted the coffee ice cream for an extra scoop of the mint chip...delicious! i would definitely recommend everyone trying it at least once!

Just from memory....vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee, mint chocolate chip, and I think butter pecan. I was really hoping for chocolate chip. Settled on vanilla and coffee hot fudge sundae. Ice cream was very good. Everyone was very satisfied.

I have heard that it is if ONE, and only one, person finishes it. And I'd bet they mean FINISH it.
