Im thinking of going there after illuminations on our EPCOT day.

I think our kids would get a total kick out of ordering such a huge sundae.. but dh (who is our biggest eater) wont touch mint or coffee, and none of our daughters like fruit topping. Think they'd do a customized version with just vanilla ice cream and no strawberry and pineapple topping?

I don't think they'll do a customized version. A bunch of us ordered this in college and it was definitely messy.

Yes -- they'll leave out stuff you don't like. Agree with you on the mint and coffee -- yuck.
