Kitchen Sink at B&C-can you make modifications?

My son wants the Chocolate Lover's kitchen sink for his birthday during our summer trip. Can you ask them to leave off the "whole can of whipped cream?" We will all try and tackle this together, but no one likes whipped cream. Since this seems like a key element to this dessert, will they leave it off if we ask?

We switched out one kind of ice cream for another with no problem. I’m sure they will leave off the whip cream if you ask.

They're very good about making modifications. We took a friend of DD's once who couldn't have gluten, and they put a couple scoops of the ice cream in a separate bowl for her before they "gooped up" the rest of it. It didn't look any smaller than usual to me even missing those few scoops!

Yes! Exactly. We all like it in small amounts on OTHER desserts, like berries, puddings, and pie. But we all HATE how it melts into goop on ice cream sundaes and ends up tasting like creamy foam.

Yes, you can leave off the whipped cream. We had ours on the side so we could just take how much we wanted. They will make a big deal about "No whipped cream??!?!?!?!!" though.
