I am making a turkey breast today and I like to use the instant read thermometers to tell when it is done. I have 2 of them and they start out about 20 degrees different and do not tell the same temp when I use them in the turkey.

There seems to be some kind of nut under the gage, so I am assuming that the temperature can be adjusted to make it accurate. Would anyone know how I would go about doing thins though?

Thanks!

:)

Just loosen the nut, put it in ice water, turn it till it read 32 degrees, then tighten the nut.

Hey Cool! I am off to give this a try.

Thanks Alex! :)
