Kiosks Closing ?

For those who have gone to the World since the FP+ policy has changed to make the 4th (and subsequent) FP+ on MDE, has anyone noticed that any of the FP+ kiosks have been closed?

@marciemi has reported the MK City Hall kiosks were covered. All others were open.

Kiosks do need to remain open for guests without smartphones and guests who don't have an MDE account and have entered the park with newly purchased tickets.
