Anyone have experience with Kingston SD Memory cards? I see that buy.com has a 2GB Kingston SD for $35 after a $5 mail-in rebate. That's a heck of a price for a 2GB card - if it is any good. I've not heard anything about them, but I sure do love our 2GB SanDisk UltraII card. However, even if the Kingston isn't quite as fast, for about half the price, I'm tempted...

Any reviews?

Just be cautious of the card speed. Some of the lower priced high capacity cards are lower speed. It won't make that much of a difference in most cases unless you use the video function of your camera or you have a higher end DSLR.

I just bought two 1 gig Corsair cards (from newegg.com). They are 133x and total with shipping was about $55.

Well, our camera is a Pentax ist*DL, which is hardly a high end dSLR, and doens't have video function. I don't care if it takes and extra 5, 10, or 15 minutes to download onto the computer. My only worry is if it doesn't process photos in camera as quickly and thus increases processing time between photos or anything like that...

I have a few of these. It was the best price on an SD card I could find. I only have a Kodak z740, so no DSLR experience with these.

I am currently only using Kingston Elite Pro and SanDisk Ultra II 1GB & 2GB cards and both perform equally as well as the others. I have not had any trouble with either brands.

That would be a worry if you try to use the camera in continuous shooting mode and the card is too slow to keep up.
