I still haven't seen the exclamation point on Merlin to try to welcome the new Zootopia characters! I have nothing! Do I have to be at a certain level in the game? I've been playing it for 6 months! This is the first time when there has been something new and I haven't gotten it. Anyone?

Your exclamation will be over Mickey and if you go and click on Judy it will tell you what quests you need to complete before you will get Zootopia quests.
