Kingdom Strollers rental - Reserved - Do I have to call to confirm?

Does anyone have experience with that? Should I call to confirm? Will anything "bad" happen if I dont... LOL.

I rented a crib from them last trip and didn’t call to confirm. I don’t think it’s necessary.

I rented a stroller from there two years ago, and will this time as well. Last time, I did not call, and my stroller was there on time as promised and was great!
