I'm sure this has been asked before, but can anyone tell me which stroller rental company they preferred? They are basically the same price (one is $10 more) so I'm just wondering if there is one that is better. Thanks!

We've used magic strollers twice in the past year; rented a double city mni for our twin grandsons. Excellent service, excellent equipment. The stroller was at bell services waiting for us, it was in excellent shape (both times). Loved both the company and the stroller!

Looked to me like babywheels was cheaper. The insurance is only 15 v 25.
But the major selling point to me was the return time isn't until 5pm on departure day...we have late flight out and i needed the stroller the extra day without paying extra

I used Kingdom for our last trip and I have a reservation with them for May. The stroller was clean and in great shape. I get my invoice immediately. Also if you have any question you can text or email and they answer you in just a few minutes. The simple fact that I can get in touch with them so easily in case something happens is worth a few more dollars to me.

My last trip when I made my reservation I entered in the wrong resort ASMo instead of ASMu and I emailed them to ask if I could return it at the resort I was at. They email me back immediately telling me I could.

Is the insurance necessary? I know it's a lot cheaper than replacing a stroller, just wondering if it's really needed? Thanks!

We used both Kingdom Strollers and Orlando Strollers (twice) and had absolutely no issues with either. If it was between these two I'd choose the cheapest :)

I've never gotten insurance before. :confused3 Mainly because I have never heard of a stroller being stolen at Disney World. I'm sure it must have happened before, but the likelihood seems pretty slim.

I used orlando stroller rental in September and would definitely use them again. With insurance, their price on was the exact same as kingdom strollers' so it was really a toss-up.

Stroller was clean, though worn, but that's to be expected from frequent use.

The only thing I didn't like was it was an older model of the baby jogger city elite. I don't know if kingdom's would have been newer.

Delivery while we weren't at the hotel was awesome. Bell services delivered the stroller right to our room. When it was time to drop it off, we just took it to bell services on our way out the door to magical express.

I've never used Orlando strollers, only magic strollers and kingdom strollers. When comparing prices I've found kingdom strollers to be a little cheaper, so we've been using them. Great experience with both companies! I'd go with what's cheaper.

We've never done the insurance. It's really up to you, I'm sure theft does happen, although very rare, it can anywhere. Scary to think about it happening! It's a chance I'm ok with taking.

Thx everyone! We were going to get the insurance, but i may change my mind about that now :)

That's kind of what I thought, too, but then I saw someone mention it!

We've used Orlando Strollers for three trips and never had an issue. We were very happy with the service and the strollers were always spotless!

We used apple last year and loved them - already booked them again for our 2014 trip! City Mini double (ours was orange) dropped off and picked up at bell services. There isn't an invoice - you book online (don't enter your cc info) then write down your confirmation number. Before your trip they should email you with a secure link to enter cc info.

We've used Orlando Stroller Rentals once and Kingdom Strollers twice. I don't have an issue with either company...they offer the exact same products, the exact same service, and both have great customer service. On our last trip, I did wait until the last minute (about a week before) to reserve and OSR was out of the stroller I wanted (a City Mini GT Double) so I didn't have any choice but to go with KS.

Really, don't stress this decision. You can't go wrong either way.
