Kingdom Konsultants isn't going to work for us, suggestions for another TA?

We are working a WDW trip. I had chosen Kingdom Konsultants, but they want you to sign an contract that that has wording in which we disagree. So, I need a new travel agency. Any suggestions, specifically one that does not make you sign a contract. Thanks!

Wow! I have never heard of that. The agency that I work doesn't have a contract or charge a fee. But I wonder if perhaps they were burned by people asking for information, quotes, etc, only to book on their own. Been there, done that.....I devoted time to finding info, only to have a potential client say, " Thanks for your help, but I booked on my own......"

It is a contract in order to book. It states that if they file suit against you for any reason, you have to pay their attorney's fees even if they lose, that they have the right to go after your heirs, successors or administrators (i.e. children) if you forfeit the agreement. We just aren't comfortable signing it.

KKT is very popular, so I may be one of the few people around that won't sign contracts like that.

I opted to just book it myself. The deals were the exact same as a travel agency, and Disney makes it easy to do on the website.

We always book our own also. That way if any pricing goes down, I can call Disney directly to change our reservation. Never can understand why use someone else for something you can do yourself...
