King vs. Cali King - when it comes to bedding...

I am looking for a new comforter set for my (regular) KING size bed. I notice that most comforters are sold as a King or a Cali King, but the measurements are exactly the same? So what's the difference and which should I purchase?

You need to get a regular King comforter.

Regular King beds are 4" wider and Cali Kings are 4" longer. So it makes a difference.
